Ms. Sakio graduated, cum laude, from Syracuse University School of Law in 1995.  Her commitment is to provide affordable legal services in contested and unconcontested family law litigation.   Her mission is to work hard and to put the client's needs first.   When you retain Ms. Sakio she will personally  meet with you, handle your case, as well as speak with you whenever you have a question.  Most telepone calls are returned the same day, but in no event longer than 24 hours after leaving a message.

FEES

Uncontested Matters:

Flat rate attorney fees range from $250.00 to $1,250.00, plus costs.

Contested Matters:         

A retainer fee is required and is determined on a case by case basis depending on the estimated number of hours to complete the case.  Such retainers range from $1,500.00 to $10,000.00.  Attorney fees are charged at the rate of $350.00 per hour.

Consultation Fee:

There is a $250.00 consultation fee which is credited against the flat rate fee for uncontested matters, or against the retainer for contested matters, should you retain our office.

OFFICE HOURS

General office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Tuesday through Friday.  Weekend appointments are available.
